Each suite is offered in letterpress or foil printing. Your letterpress ink options include any of the following:

LANGUAGE AND LAYOUT
You will be prompted for your language details after you place your order (within 3-5 business days). The samples you see in the shop may not represent the style in which you wish to see your suite. For instance, you may want to include the parents or host of the wedding:

VENUE ILLUSTRATION

If you would like to include a venue sketch, either digitally or within your stationery design, you may do so. Venue illustration is included in ALL map card designs.

If you would like to include a venue sketch on a stationery piece and have not purchased a map card, you may add a venue illustration to your cart.

If you would like to include a venue sketch on a stationery piece other than a map card and you have purchased a map card, you do not have to purchase a venue illustration add-on.

VINTAGE STAMPS

Vintage stamps are, like their name, vintage. Most wedding postage sums to $0.71 and up. If you'd like to use vintage stamps, you would simply make up the postage amount needed. This may be made up by using a $0.21, $0.30, $0.15, and $0.06 stamp se to equal your $0.71 needed.

To add vintage stamps to your order, you need to first add a curation fee. This is a fee to collect a stamp design together based on your postage needed. The cost of your postage may vary depending on the selection chosen. Vintage postage is not priced at face value, often 3-5 times more (a $0.20 stamp may cost you $0.60). You will be invoiced separately for the balance.

GUEST ADDRESSING

If you would like add guest addressing to your package, you may do so. Return addresses and reply envelope addressing are included already.

In order to add guest addressing, simply add the "guest addressing deposit" to your cart when you check out. We will send a pre-formatted guest list template for you to utilize and submit your guest list. Production will not begin until your guest list is submitted.

Guest Addressing is $2.15/envelope. You will be invoiced separately for the balance (less the deposit).

WHAT CAN I CUSTOMIZE?
you may customize the script or typeface selection, ink color, and language details - minor changes to the layout are allowed - the wording is completely customizable - you may also select between letterpress printing or gold foil printing


WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF?
absolutely - you will receive 3 digital complimentary proofs - any proof thereafter will result in a $15/proof fee


CAN I SEE A SAMPLE?
absolutely - we'd be happy to mail you some paper samples to get a feel for what the texture of each paper option is ...your samples may be a mix of styles or suites, but will definitely give you a feel for the general aesthetic of TLBC's work


WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND?
typically 4-5 weeks from the time your final proof is approved plus shipping time


WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT INK COLOR THAN ONE OFFERED?
sure thing - we can custom mix any ink color for an upgrade of $75 (usd)


ARE THERE DIFFERENT SHADES OF FOIL OFFERED?
yes - just let us know what you're looking for


CAN I HAVE MY GUEST ADDRESSES PRINTED?
yes - simply add the “guest address” add-on from the shop - this is a retainer only and the final price will be based on a submitted guest list and the difference issued separately ($2.15/envelope - flat print)


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
there are no returns once your order is placed - however, you may exchange your selection for an alternative collection within 3 business days of placing your initial order


WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ERROR OR OMISSION?
all errors and omissions are at the responsibility of the customer/client - TLBC is not held responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or errors/omissions found after the final proof has been approval


CAN I CHANGE MY PAPER TYPE?
the paper materials were intentionally selected to achieve a certain design aesthetic

however, on a case-by-case basis, this had been done - please inquire
TLBC has the right to decline custom requests



DO YOU OFFER FLAT OR DIGITAL PRINTING?
on a case-by-case basis - please inquire


WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD TO MY ORDER?
adding to your order will be treated as a second order - best practice is to ensure you have at least 15 extra sets as you calculate your total quantity needed


CAN I ORDER EXTRA ENVELOPES?
you will be provided with an extra set of ten envelopes - if you’d like to order more, please inquire
*if you are handwriting your addresses or plan on using a professional calligrapher, it is suggested to order 25% extra



HOW MUCH POSTAGE WILL I NEED
postage rates will vary depending on local post office regulations and the changing USPS regulations - it is suggested to account for $0.71 - $0.92 (at least) per envelope and $0.50 for reply card envelopes *exclusions may apply


HOW DO VINTAGE STAMPS WORK?
if you’d like to include vintage stamps to your order, simply add the “vintage stamps” add-on from the shop - this is a   retainer only and the final price will be based on the final stamp design

a curated collection of 3-5 vintage stamps will be made that add up to the total postage needed
(for example, for a $0.71 postage requirement, we may have a vintage 50 cent stamp, a 10 cent stamp, and a 11 cent stamp)

assembly of the stamps are not included



WILL MY RETURN AND REPLY ADDRESS BE PRINTED?
yes - your return address on your sending envelope and your reply envelope address will be printed and is included
